What's for sale in the new Sandhills Estates subdivision?  
There are 8 Active listings ranging from $189,000 to $275,000.   No pending sales. Each lot is about 1/4 acre in size, and all come with a Maui County water meter. Days on Market varies from 37 days to 441 days.  The older listings are some of the original developer lots, which have all been reduced in price from when they came on the market.   2 have an ocean view.

Here are some highlights of the monthly market stats put out by our Realtors Association of Maui.  Click here for the full 14 page detailed report.
 
 
Sales Volume - Residential Sales dipped slightly from October to 67 units, however were the second best month of the last 12 months. Condo Sales rose in November to 69 units and Land sales rose to 17 parcels. Median Price - SOLD prices for single family homes slipped to $465,000 while condos remained steady at $400,000.
