Food Trucks near the airport on Maui. When you're in Kahului Maui and ready for a quick lunch, there's a food truck court closeby. You can find the entrance off Haleakala Highway, across from the Costco gas station. 591 Haleakala Highway that is. Lots of free parking! When we went last week three food trucks were operating and we chose the one selling fresh raw and cooked fish... Like Poke?
