If you had a million dollars you could be living on Easy Street on Maui.
I'm not kidding.  On March 30th 2012 some lucky person closed on the sale of 241 Easy Street in Ulupalakua Maui, for the sum of $1,000,000.  It's about 5 acres of vacant land, so technically they might not quite be living on Easy St. yet, unless they have a yurt.

Of course there are plenty of nice homes on Maui priced under $1M. if you just want the Easy Street lifestyle.

Our Maui MLS and the consumer facing IDX sites display Maui property listings that are either Active or Pending/Continue to Show.  What does Pending mean?  A Pending status means that the property has a binding contract to purchase, and the buyer and seller have come to an agreement on price and terms for the sale.  A Pending sale is contingent upon the buyer and seller doing what they have stated they will do in order to make the sale complete.
