In Maui Hawaii, our jobless rate dropped to 1.5%.  That rate is 1/3 the national average.  The economy is much hotter in Hawaii on average then across the country.  (along with the temperature!) Just about the only people not working these days are those between jobs or who don't want to work. Wh...
