Happy 4th. I know you will need this information for the BBQ talk. Market is changing and here is what you need to know. West Side of Maui has currently 49 Single family homes listed for sale. 7 of them are under $1.5 mil and the top most expensive one is famous 9Bay dr which recently made the headlines due to owner's effort to curb access and or activity at the public beach below.
