Did you know that now for second year in the row the median price for single family home in Maui county reached over $800,000? This means the prices are 19.6 up compared with same month in 2018! This is our record! For condos the value slightly dipped to $496.950 a 0.6 % decrease from same month last year. Condos spiked in June to the highest mark in a decade to $522,000.
