To ALL KAHANA RIDGE OWNERS: Current number of homes for sale sits at 4. 3 of them received an offer and are under pending status. 2 of these properties made price reduction of $100,000. Home inventory is low which will continue helping properties to sell. Days on the market are going up but I would not count on big price drops unless we get more inventory flow. What is so special about Kahana Ridge? Well, if you ever been to Maui, Hawaii you would at some point painfully take your eyes off the view of the ocean and that space in between Lanai and Molokai with backdrop of breaching whales and mesmerising sunsets and think to yourself. What does it take to live here? I need to find out. I MUST find out and look around the buildings, condos and homes if you were lucky enough to get out of your resort. This week we had a healthy dose of high end homes coming to market for sale. 45 -Homes are listed for sale on the West side of Maui. 18 of them are under $3Mil. 8 homes are under $2mil 1 home is under $1Mil.
