austin real estate market: Another article on the Austin housing market

I'm attaching a link to an article that came out in todays Austin American Statesman regarding the sales trends in Texas real estate. The article confirms (as many others have in the past) that things just aren't so bad in Austin with regards to real estate. According to the article, the Austin real estate market prices were up 6.4% with regards to 4th quarter data 2007. The thing that I find most interesting is that our prices are rising and yet unit sales are slightly off.
