Here at Pond Spring Village in Beacon Falls Connecticut, an active adult community, we believe in never stop trying to improve our designs and to go above and beyond the expectations of our residents. Recently we have unrolled our new model including an open floor plan and TWO car garage! This Winter we decided to better address safety and convenience issues that may arise and disturb our residents' way of life.
