weimar: 203k's in Grass Valley area

Wow, this area has been heating up with the FHA 203k program, it is interesting to see from 0 for many months then all of a sudden it is like a light went on up there and everyone is asking for them. Good job all. We appreciate it. I think we did one about a year or a little longer ago up there and then nothing for quite a while.
