It just so happens that during the showing the Seller was on the property and overheard the enthusiasm the potential Buyer seemed to have. NO UPFRONT COST FOR QUALIFIED BUYERS LEADS? What if? What if you found a source for Qualified BUYER Leads? Would you be open to taking them? What is I were talking about "scrubbed" leads. This means that a LENDER would have already talked to the potential buyer and qualified the potential buyer for a hand-off to you, the licensed Realtor. Could you do something with that? What if this lead gave you the terms and amount available to the BUYER sent to you.
