If you are looking at buying a house, now is the time!!! How many times have you heard that in the past week, month, year? I am guessing very many. So is it the right time to buy? Well, it all depends on what is important to you. I am guessing that a good interest rate and a good loan are probably high on the list. Well, the rates right now are rather low. I have spent a lot of time lately showing homes in the Sandy, Gresham, Troutdale and Portland area. With the inventory levels being as high as they are, it seems to be taking buyers a bit longer to make a decision. To me, this is a great chance to educate my buyers as much as possible. We all of the homes that we look at, whether in person or on the internet, it educates them on what they can get for their money.
