The Georgetown neighborhood of Washington, DC, is getting new condos. Some building are move-in ready now, some will be ready to move-in, in the near future and there are a few buildings in the pipeline. One of the buildings is called 1055 High, located at 1055 Wisconsin Ave NW. The building has sold out before delivery and according an recent Urban Turf article. Been to Georgetown lately in Washington, DC? Things have changed and some things have remained the same over the decades.  Some of the recent changes to Georgetown include the Georgetown Park Mall is still on M Street, but last year the renovation of the mall was largely completed with a whole new mall.  The new mall has a bowling alley, Home Good Store, J. Crew and more, but none of the small stores that once made up the mall, but rather larger stores now occupy the mall. To Georgetown, it seems Michael Kors is going to lease the space the White House and Black Market just vacated.  Just a few steps away at the corner of 31st and M Brooks Brothers has moved in and is opening soon.
