renter: I give my Buyers what they ask for here in Myrtle Beach
- 11/27/07 02:41 PM
As an experienced Realtor, I have a good listening ear. I listen to what my buyer wants and I react on it. I either find it or be very upfront. If their criteria is asking that they go up in price, I will email listings in their price first. Next step , I search using their criteria and send them a few listings showing what they get for their money. As I aleays say, It's their money, not mine. I work for my client! If you get one referral from each satisfied client, you've just built your own empire to wealth. (0 comments)
renter: Are you trying to cover too much ground?
- 11/27/07 02:31 PM
Lots of Realtors spread theirselves too thin by covering too many areas! Why spread yourself so thin. Take it from someone who did this! I live in the Myrtle Beach area and thought it was all mine. Boy I was wrong. If I get a listing too far from my regular area, I just refer it! DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT Take listings that you can not service. Sellers will thank you in the end. Always be honest and tell them that you will help find a Realtor in their area.If it's a past client or Relative then you might bend (3 comments)

renter: To Buy or Rent in Myrtle Beach
- 04/12/07 05:48 AM
Well that depends on whether you're planning to be here for 6months,12months or longer. It also depends on how much your earnings are. Credit plays a big factors as well. Choosing a good lender and shopping for the best interest rate are also big key factors in determining whether or not you can afford to buy or just keep renting. I will never put a client in a home that they are going to be strapped down. My clients are not just another sale . I turn my folks from prospects to client, from clients to friends.
