It is great when we have happy buyer's and we all hope they can stay in the house for a few years before it is time to move again. Buyers don't understand the selling side and when a Buyer turns Seller sometimes their eyes are opened. There is a reason more homes sell with REALTOR representation than For Sale by Owner. As a consumer if you needed representation in a legal matter would you let your daughter represent you? The answer is NO unless your daughter is an Attorney. This is still America and homeowners are free to sell their own property, however as a For Sale By Owner there are some issues that will come up that you will not be able to address simply because For Sale By Owners are not licensed REALTORS.
