ANOTHER SULPHUR LA HOME SOLD It is always rewarding to work with first time home buyers who are purchasing their first home and beginning to raise a family.  2345 E. Burton in Sulphur, LA just closed today courtesy of Marilyn Boudreaux, Century 21 Mike D Bono & Co in Lake Charles, LA.
 
The buyer’s patiently awaited appraisal repair issues which were required by the lender in order to close on the home.
