Frisco citizens, be advised that the City of Frisco will activate Stage 2 Drought Restrictions beginning August 19, 2011 throughout the Frisco, TX area! I have heard varying stories over the issue of “to preview or not preview” a home prior to showing it to clients. Personally speaking, I refuse to show my clients a property without having first previewed it myself; this saves my client time and it lessens the amount of homes that I need to show them, because the homes I actually show them meet their home-search criteria. You may have read it all over the Internet by now that Frisco, TX has been named the fastest growing city in the United States. What does this mean in terms of future growth, you ask? Well, according to the City of Frisco website, the estimated population of Frisco as of July 1, 2011 was 121, 759 and Frisco barely over 50% built-out.
