I have heard varying stories over the issue of “to preview or not preview” a home prior to showing it to clients. Personally speaking, I refuse to show my clients a property without having first previewed it myself; this saves my client time and it lessens the amount of homes that I need to show them, because the homes I actually show them meet their home-search criteria.
