It’s been an interesting time in the real estate market. I have been noticing a lot (pun intended) of properties that are either tear downs, distressed, or in need of major renovations being snapped up with multiple offers in a matter of days. They can be on the lower end of the spectrum as well the upper echelon of price points of $4.5 + (also going into multiples).
