Does it snow in Charlotte, NC? Yes it does. I have lived in the Lake Norman region of Charlotte, NC for over 10 years and every Christmas we wonder if this is the year we have a white Christmas. Well, we did not wake up with snow on Christmas day, but it did start snowing late in the day. We woke up the day after Christmas with about 3-4 inches and my 7 yr old triplet boys got a chance to play a littel tackle football in the snow. 2010: Snow does not discourage buyers in Lake Norman Region of Charlotte

Real Estate Buyers are still out there looking in the Lake Norman region of Charlotte. Last night the Lake Norman region of Charlotte got close to 5 inches of snow. However, that did not stop people from looking at homes for sale. I had an appointment myself this morning, but thought my clients may want to reschedule because of the wintry conditions. Not the case. They were still very anxious regardless of the road conditions. Well, on my way to the property I noticed 2 other Realtors making their way throw the fresh snow to show property.
