After completing a Market Report for Waterfront Lake Norman Homes homes that have sold since 5/1/2010 have on average sold at 80 to 90% of asking price. These are homes that are averaging around a million dollars or more. One property listed at 1.5 million sold for 1.2 million. Another sold for 930k and was listed for 1.1 million.
