   While driving around Lake Norman I noticed the tremendous amount of new construction happening throughout the towns of Mooresville, Catawba, and Cornelius. Whether it be custom waterfront or residential off water homes the activity of new construction is very exciting for the Lake Norman region.
However, the development of  2 new waterfront communities, Sister’s Cove and LakeWalk really caught my attention. We have not seen this type of construction for close to 10 years.
