The BRAC relocation has many of our military families relocating to many different regions based on the need of the Military. It’s extremely important for Realtors to understand the sensitivity and need for assistance to the military families. We need to work together to service referrals and our military families. The first step will be to educate ourselves on exactly what is BRAC? Definition of BRAC: "BRAC" is an acronym that stands for Base Realignment and Closure.
