Low housing inventories in our area is beginning to take a big toll on some of our clients, and I know I am not the only real estate professional experiencing this. The market is HOT in some locations and at some price ranges. For example, we just listed a home over the holiday weekend and have already received 10 showings as I write this post. I think that the tax credit that the government has offered to first time home buyers has really helped to spark some activity.
