If you are looking to buy or sell a home in the Horsham or Montgomery County area, you better not wait until it’s too late! According to the latest February MLS data figures from Realtor.com, buyer demand is soaring!
Since homes are now selling faster, buyers have a less likely chance to grab the house they really want. According to Realtor.com, homes in February 2013 sold faster than in any February since 2007.
On a national level, homes were on the market in February for a median of 98 days, down from 123 days in February 2011.

I wanted to take the opportunity to post some information that I found out about the "seasoning issue" with banks.
