An Amateur or a Professional? I have always found it interesting that as an industry we seem to attract very different types of people. Not only in personality, but dress, sales style, opinions and much more. The good news is there is plenty of room for all but it seems that there is a significant difference in the production levels as well longevity of Professionals vs Amateurs. As our industry fluctuates, I find it even more important to really take a hard look at how we are showing up!
