Nutley House values, Even though I see home prices starting to stabilize, I still think we are in a slow declining market, we have had a couple of homes in the area that have actually been under-priced and they were under contract within a week, so when home buyers are out there looking for deals do your self a favor stick with one agent and work the listings, if you hesitate when you do see a good deal I can guarantee that its going to be gone.
