Now I know what your going to say, well ReMax had their tech summit & Coldwell Banker has their Generation Blue etc. etc. Yes they all do it but what did you actually learn & put into your daily process? or did you just buy a product that is going to turn you into a multi-million dollar producer overnight? Look around you will see companies falling by the waist side but refusing to admit that the way we buy and sell real estate today has changed totally in the last 10 years. That does not mean that you still do not need that personal touch with your clients but the way you now qcquire them has changed. I think the days of the large and small brokers are gone, the little guys can compete with the large guys just as well today and they can stand toe to toe when marketing homes etc. online, as a matter of fact the smaller brands … (1 comments)
