O.K.- It really wasn't as fast as "60 seconds", however, sales have been brisk and the inventory in Glacier View Meadows is extremely limited. Today, 6 homes are under contract, with a median price of $317,400, and an average days on Market of 52 days. Days to offer range from 4 days to 84 days. One of those homes under contract is my listing on Critter Court! We had several showings on the first day that showings could be scheduled. "Only the Rocks Live Forever" Lame Beaver's father died when he was just a boy. Comforting the child, his Uncle explained that, "Only the rocks live forever". I've been thinking about that line which is also the Title of the first episode of James Michener's made-for-television-mini-series "Centennial". This first episode mainly takes place in Northern Colorado. It's fascinating to imagine this area with no roads or cities, rivers that run free and what it must have looked like more than 100 years ago.
