What is it about Log Homes in Northern Colorado? It’s hard to say exactly what draws people to them.
One thing is certain; in our Red Feather Lakes/Livermore areas in Northern Colorado, buyers love them. In fact, 5 out of my last 8 SOLD listings were log cabins and homes. Whether it’s a rustic log cabin or a beautiful custom log home, they fit perfectly into the natural surroundings, provide a warm peaceful environment and “mountain ambiance” that many buyers crave.
