June 2017 begins with an interesting shift in the Glacier View Meadows real estate market, in Livermore Colorado. The majority of the homes available for sale today are very well appointed, higher end custom homes. Some have outstanding snowcapped mountain views, some a large barn, a 4 car garage or a large workshop with loft. Each one is beautiful and unique, with outstanding craftsmanship, detail and upscale features. (The median sold sales price in Glacier View was $309,000, in 2016 21 homes have sold since January.
