O.K.- It really wasn't as fast as "60 seconds", however, sales have been brisk and the inventory in Glacier View Meadows is extremely limited. Today, 6 homes are under contract, with a median price of $317,400, and an average days on Market of 52 days. Days to offer range from 4 days to 84 days. A great place to meet your friends and play a game of pool, get a good meal, or sit out on the deck and enjoy the wonderful mountain views. A popular watering hole, the bar features state of the art sound system, two flat screen TVs, pool tables and darts. Sit down (2 comments)
