Like many across the nation, people in Northern Colorado have been going about their day to day lives in spite of the frigid cold weather this past week.
Temperatures have been BELOW ZERO for days. One of my friends in Greeley said “…are we in the freaking Arctic???”
I don’t know, perhaps some evil force is at work and in fact we have been transported into another dimension that looks exactly like the one we knew except colder –arctic, bitter, numbing, freezing, polar, seeps through every bit of you bone chilling colder. Looking for property near Red Feather Lakes Colorado, for some buyers is like a gigantic 20,000 acre jigsaw puzzle…. Oddly enough, I had this same conversation with an associate just days before I read his post. I guess great minds think alike! We don't have magnolias blooming in the Red Feather /Livermore area like Brian does, in fact not much is blooming right now, but it will. Whenever I made biscuits, my husband (nice guy that he is) always tried to compliment the chef - but I knew better. There was no amount of butter, jelly or honey that really helped them.
