Just for fun we looked up Redfin’s transactions for all of Massachusetts on MLSPIN. The MLSPIN shows Redfin has one office located in Somerville, MA, a town a little northwest of Boston. Redfin’s transactions are statewide, but mostly in eastern and central Massachusetts.
There are 46 agents associated with Redfin. Most of these agents are what Redfin calls “field agents,” who actually show buyers homes. The offers and transactions are handled by just a few agents – the team leaders if you will.
