3rd quarter sales: 3rd & 4th Quarter Stats for 2 Beaufort SC prime, median priced neighborhoods

Royal Pines which boasts 2 golf courses, clubhouse, community pool & tennis courts first started building at the beginning of the 70’s however, didn’t really grow until the late 80’s & 90’s. Sales for Royal Pines Beaufort SC have slowed as we approach the end of the year. 3rd quarter showed 7 closed sales in the Beaufort MLS with an average sold price of $263,785. So far in the 4th quarter of 2008 we find 3 closed sales in Beaufort MLS with an average sales price of $261,333.
