shenandoah: Gardening in the Shenandoah Valley

This year we decided to try our hand at gardening. We plowed out a little corner of our property and unearthed a plethora of rocks. Early spring as I looked at the barren soil littered with rocks, I silently said to my self that there is no way anything is going to grow on this plot of land. To my amazement our little garden has sprouted some beautiful plants. The tomato plants are at least 4 feet tall already and are covered with blooms. The squash plants are huge and the beans and cucumbers are climbing the fence. Of course we had to (0 comments)
