Yep, for me the two go hand in hand! I have been wanting to take a photography class for years... I actually signed up a few years ago at Fayetteville Technical Community College but there were not enough students so the class was canceled.
I have read a lot about photography, taught myself some tips and tricks but really want to take it to the next level. This time when I signed up for the beginners photography class at the Fayetteville community college the class was a go!!

What does buying a used car in Fayetteville have to do with buying a home in Fayetteville? Everything! I have lived in my current home almost 9 years, quite the record for me and my family! To top it off we built this one, so what I wanted at the time I had them add it, I didn't have to “find” it.... Which brings me to used cars. All of my adult life I have been blessed that when I wanted a new car I would go to the dealership and tell the salesman what I wanted and they either had (4 comments)
As you shop for you new home you will enter homes and say this looked WAY better online or the pictures didn't do this home justice....Home buyers start their search online, they pick their favorites that they would like to see based on how they feel about the home after they have viewed at the photos and read the description.

I have been asked twice today by first time home buyers here in Fayetteville NC “where to start?”... My first comment “your off to a great start because we are talking”, finding a great real estate agent to lead you through the process is key! There are so many things that need to be thought out before you get in the car and go to look at homes and you real estate agent will help you through those steps.

This graph represents the amount of new construction homes that are currently on the market and that have been sold over the last 12 months. As you see here there were a 139 homes sold in the last 12 months and if we break that down through 6 months (55) and 3 months (24) you can see the trend of the market in this area.
