westmoreland county real estate: Westmoreland County ahead of the frenzy!!

It's been a while since I have been posting and I really want to get back into it. Like many of you I am so frustrated by what this media frenzy has turned this crazy market into. Here's my point of view about it. In the area I live in we have had a rather steady market with only a few percent increase in the value of homes per year. Ranging from 3-6%.
