I have a listing coming up that is home to a naughty kitty, so I asked for some help in the form of a remedy on Facebook. I had two really great responses right away...once from our local home stager expert and Active Rainmaker Margaret Oscilia of Creative Concepts and Contracting, and the other from Ronda Wymore, our beautiful, charming MLS specialist and all around guru. Ronda's solution is a homemade solution that she found on a great website GetRidofthings.com.
