The tour is sponsored by 2 realtor boards, San Mateo County Association of Realtors, and SILVAR, Silicon Valley Association of Realtors. The SAMCAR tour for today, January 18, 2011, included 200 residential listings with substantially less homes for sale than on last week’s tour. In Wende’s Home on the San Francisco Peninsula Select Cities it was much the same story.
