According to the news last week, San Mateo County is one of 3 or 4 counties to have experienced a sustained rise in home sales and prices in California. Here's a snapshot of the San Mateo County Real Estate Market for the past 12 months and the past 3 years.
In the past 12 months, list prices for residential properties have decreased by 9%, while Sale Prices have increased by 15%.
 

 
During that time period the number of properties for sale and the number of properties sold have both increased by 10%.
