OK all you real estate pros, lets have some fun. Being a full time Realtor in Phoenix Arizona for 10 years, I finally took a vacation. During my vacation, I came across this prime piece of real estate. I know your first thought, "Boy I would love to list it and sell it". Kill the thought, it is not for sale but can you imagine the sales commission? Hey, if you did list it, how would you describe it? Siege proof? Includes several thousand acres? Private chapel on premises? Fantastic tower views to see enemies coming? Large armory to store weapons? 50 ft ceilings? … (5 comments)
