buyer representation: Make a smart Property Buy when represented by the Moncton Property Guy ! - 07/14/10 05:51 AM
It's unwise to be unrepresented when buying real estate ! If you don't know who is really representing you then you could be at risk. Should you really take advice from the Seller's representatives? That's like taking advice from the coach of the opposing team.
If you want your own coach in the real estate game, find a licensed professional who will fully represent you in single agency with undivided loyalty. (This means no double dipping, double ending or whatever.)
Need I say it? Find someone like me. I'm all about full representation service to my buyer clients and I want to be your metro Moncton … (0 comments)

buyer representation: Searching For New Brunswick Small Businesses For Sale? - 05/20/10 02:11 PM
Searching the Internet for a small business opportunity can be frustrating. Few details, fewer pictures and very little information about the who is representing the seller. And you certainly don't want to reveal information about yourself to some unlicensed middle person from who knows where.
But searching doesn't have to be that way. Use the service of a New Brunswick licensed real estate professional to represent your best interests and protect your anonymity and privacy. Ask about credentials and years of experience.
Yes, I represent buyer clients in commercial transactions. Let's have a confidential conversation about representing you.
