The owner of one of the properties that I just sold this past week at 10 Redwood Drive in Milford Massachusetts did something that I will never forget. It actually started about a year prior when I had their home on the market in 2006. I had put the home on the market and did the typical marketing efforts that I would on any home I am selling in the Metrowest MA area.
