Every time I sell new construction, I am more convinced that buyers need someone to advocate for them through the new build process!

This was such an interesting sale. To give you some info on how my year is going, I just did my 13th deal...To get 13, I have written 89 contract OFFERS. Almost every one of them above to well above list price.
My client (we have done many flips together) was looking for something to flip, and we have lost out on property after property. This is such a cautionary tail for the 2022 real estate market in many parts of the Country!
My buyers sold a house in the Carolina's (in October 2021). They made the decision to sell first before trying to buy a home here in Florida. They were able to convince the buyers of their home to allow them to stay in the home for five months (through the end of February). I was on vacation this past week visiting my 90 year old mom in Katy, TX. As is always the case, all heck broke loose while I was there!
