I received a call back in 2013. It was from a single woman who needed to sell the home for health reasons. I listed and sold quickly to a lovely couple who lived across the street. This was such an interesting sale. To give you some info on how my year is going, I just did my 13th deal...To get 13, I have written 89 contract OFFERS. Almost every one of them above to well above list price.
My client (we have done many flips together) was looking for something to flip, and we have lost out on property after property.
