Has anyone heard of ShortSalePathways.com ? I have been looking for a company that will do all the heavy lifting with my short sale deals.

Last night while my wife went with my oldest son to a Boy Scout meeting. My younger son and I stayed home. I spent the time up until midnight making 49 out of the soon to be 100 short videos about real estate. If anyone has any ideas on how I can make these better, feel free to let me know. Also, this one, somehow got 4000+ hits over night and the others received between 0 and 15. not sure why. Finally, I am runing out of ideas, i should have called it the "50 Most Important Real Estate Issues. " … (1 comments)

Are things really picking up? Am I crazy? I hope everyone had a great Easter and is ready to work hard as all the buyers flood our e-mail in-boxes and voice mails with requests to write up offers. For the first time in a LONGGGGG time, a client of mine asked me about a property and I had to say, "I just wrote an offer on that house for someone else!" Can you believe it? It's 10:35 PM and I have spent most of the day working on videos. I made a video directing people to a listing of mine where the seller will sell via the Nehemiah Program. I made a video of the interior. I made a directional video from the East and from the West. Also, I made a video about Nehemiah. If there is one thing that Brad Andersohn has taught me: keep the videos short. People will not wait around to load a long video. But they will be happy to watch a short video. My good friend Brad Andersohn has gotten me so addicted to Active Rain, that I am trying quickly to get this blog done so I can run out the door to go pick up someone on the way to a film festival. I just made a video using my new $45 web cam. I should be in the car now, but instead I am on AR. Is there a 12 step program for people who get seriously addicted to this? Is there help? Here is the second video we made today. We will go more in detail about what we do and how we do it. This was almost a practice. If anyone wants to tell us what we can do to improve, we would love to hear it. I guess since this is a trilogy, there should be 3 parts. The Lord of the Rings Trilogy included 3 three hour long movies.
