The market is depressed and it will only get worse, right? Sure, and then it will get better. If you know the exact minute that the market will hit bottom and can predict the exact minute it is going to take off again, then wait! Otherwise , this is probably a pretty good time to buy.

Hopefully everyone is as busy as I have been recently. I wanted to post something here every week and have not done so. I have been busy selling houses to referrals! A few years ago a guy called after receiving one of my post cards. He wanted to sell his 4 plex. His first question was "What's the commission?" It's 10:35 PM and I have spent most of the day working on videos. I made a video directing people to a listing of mine where the seller will sell via the Nehemiah Program. I made a video of the interior. I made a directional video from the East and from the West. Also, I made a video about Nehemiah. My good friend Brad Andersohn has gotten me so addicted to Active Rain, that I am trying quickly to get this blog done so I can run out the door to go pick up someone on the way to a film festival.
