February hit a record high with tempetures reaching as low as 5 degrees below Zero and the snow total for the Capital District was at over 30 inches. This will make for the fifth snowiest February on record for the Capital District. It is now time to look forward to St. Patricks Day Celebrations through out the Capital District as well as daylight savings time.
