Avondale is now on Google maps as Avondale/Hwy 15 Biloxi, MS. Friday night before the Open House that I had been planning for almost a month--we had a huge impressive thunder storm. We thought it just made a lot of noise until the next morning. I saw sights such as the following: Keep in mind this is the Long Beach High School Parking lot, a block North and a block West of my residence. This shot almost looks like one of my harbor shots.

I drive Hwy 90 (also known as Beach Boulevard) frequently. Each time I drove under the Sky Walk of the Island View Casino, I would think..."I want to go up there and walk across". Well, its not like the Island View charges to walk across Highway 90 using their Sky Walk. It ocurred to me that is often how it is with me functioning as a buyer's agent (likely many other buyer's agents as well). Driving Hwy 90/Beach Blvd this past week was fun, and a bit nostalgic. I couldn't help being a little wistful for the era of these cars (still a little ahead of my time for many:-). In general, people just seem happy and content at the harbor, fishing. Even the Harbor employees seem happy and content. Lately, I feel like a celebrity because I am greeted warmly. Currently there are 12 Oaks of PC homes listed on the MLS. Homes less than 3000 sq ft are ranging between $169.79 and $188.83 per sq foot list price. Earlier today I was working on a 2 week REport from Gulf Coast MLS stats just to help give folks a REAListic picture of what is going on in Harrison County.
