Welcome to the Sudbury MA real estate market conditions report for April 2010. The overall supply of single family homes for sale in Sudbury is slightly higher than last year at this time - 122 homes compared with 118; however, the only price range with more homes on the market is $1 million to $1,499,999 - there are 35 compared with 26 at this time last year; inventory is down is all other ranges. 22 of the "active" listings have accepted offers and are being shown until contingencies are met.
